Questions
- Do I have to use Arthly to work with you?
- No. Arthly is our own product and stands on its own. If you already keep your business books in it, you can invite your CA as an accountant so they work in the same books.
- Do I need more than one practice?
- No. Most clients start with one thing: a contract to vet, GST to file, a website to build. The other practices are there when a question crosses over, which happens more often than you would think.
- How do you price the work?
- A fixed quote for each document, or a monthly fee for ongoing accounts and compliance. You get the number before any work starts.
- How quickly does a contract come back?
- Most reviews come back within two to three working days. If a signing date is closer, tell us and we will plan around it.
- Is what I send you kept confidential?
- Yes. Everything you share is used only for your work, and we are glad to sign your NDA before you send anything.
- Do you work with companies outside our city?
- Yes. We work with founders and companies across India over email and video calls, and meet in person where it helps.
